Job Description

  • Successfully manage all aspects of Robert Half’s Talent Acquisition delivery with an emphasis on sourcing the best recruiting, business-to-business sales, consulting and Industry experienced talent in the Hong Kong market
  • Source, pre-screen (interview/evaluate) and subsequent introduction of pre-qualified candidates into the business through best practice recruitment methodology
  • Use specialist insight to find the desired candidate profile for each role through proactive head-hunting techniques (leveraging LinkedIn RPS)
  • Build talent pools through talent mapping
  • Build relationships with passive candidates by role specification, seniority & location
  • Engage with Robert Half’s Hong Kong Director’s and hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions effectively
  • Deliver appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies, supporting and developing strategic talent pooling in line with the business’ requirements
  • Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to obtain and provide feedback at all interview stages (8-step process)
  • Assist with the evolving design, deployment and management of a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and retains talent within the Robert Half Hong Kong business
  • Provide business partnering, support and coaching to the hiring managers in best practice competency based interviewing techniques, and other areas of talent attraction and acquisition
  • Work closely with Directors in each location to undertake analysis of current and future trends and hiring needs to assist with their workforce planning
  • Collaborate with the APAC Marketing team to develop an Employer Value Proposition (EVPto increase employer branding awareness within the candidate market
  • As a digital native, contribute innovative new ways of identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring internal candidates (i.e., Hintro, Canva etc.)
  • Manage and maintain information within the applicant tracking portal (Workday), also using the tool for reporting on your deliverables to the APAC Talent lead and ultimately to the Global TA Director (UK)
  • As a member of the HR dept., assist with the delivery of our broader Talent strategies and initiatives including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, e.g., diverse sourcing channels, Employee Network Groups (ENG’s)
  • Deliver value added insights and training to key stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Outside of pandemic-times, occasional domestic and international travel may be required to meet with key stakeholders & prospective talent as well as run training sessions to the field
  • Regularly connect with your Global Talent Acquisition colleagues across North America, Europe and APAC to share best practice, marketing collateral and market trends
  • Experience and demonstrated track record in a recruitment agency or end-to-end talent acquisition/in-house setting
  • Experience of talent pipelining/pooling, strategic sourcing using various methods/channels in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interviewing skills including behavioural and competency-based interviewing
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent management platforms to source a diverse candidate pool
  • Strong networking capabilities and proven skills in attracting diverse candidates – ability to leverage your market knowledge and tap into the passive candidate market
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with strong time-management and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables to expected timeframes
  • A natural curiosity as a recruitment/talent professional – with a research and discovery mindset and willingness to adopt new approaches
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
  • Experience in using various platforms and channels to create innovative employer branding strategies and marketing assets to attract the desired talent profiles
  • Ability to inspire others, promoting passion through enhanced candidate and employee experiences
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

We are looking for talent to join Finance & Accounting team with focus on financial service industries. It is a well setup desk with solid connection in both Client and Candidate relationship.

You will play a pivotal role in the growth of the Hong Kong operations and will have the opportunity to further develop your end-to-end talent skill-set along with developing skills within the wider HR function.

This role is ideal for someone who would like to step into a multi-faceted in-house talent acquisition role within the APAC Human Resources team of Robert Half International – a NYSE listed, S&P 500-member pioneer in the talent solutions industry.
