What Will You Expect
- Provide technical support to customers as well as enhance, maintain and troubleshoot any related technical services
- Ensure smooth project delivery which align to service level agreement
- Manage customers’ cloud infrastructure environment in accordance with the company’s cloud strategy, policies, best practices and capabilities
- Work closely with customers’ IT division and provide duties include but not limited to: monitoring, patching, provisioning, troubleshoot, incident handling, deployment, etc
- Act as Technical Account representative for dedicated clients
What Are We Looking For
- Degree or High Diploma holder in Computing / IT related/ Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years solid experience as a Developer Support Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer and with cloud services exposure will be a big plus
- Solid technical experience in networking/ infrastructure which include strong troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with customers
- Passionate in Cloud Technologies and with an appreciation of delivering in an Agile project framework
