ROTARY is an international service organization where passionate individuals, friends, business leaders, and professionals share ideas, solve problems, and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities and in ourselves. Our organizational motto is Service Above Self, while our projects focus on advancing peace & sanitation, fighting disease, illiteracy, poverty, and protecting the environment. Rotary also believes in developing the next generation of leaders. We sponsor Rotaract clubs for youth, ages 18 and older (Rotaractors) with the goal of building young leaders, fostering leadership skills, expanding their education and help them learn the value of service.

In a Youth Survey conducted by Rotary International District 3450 in May 2020, almost half of respondents identified career prospect as one of their top 3 life goals, and most of them uniformly agreed that lack of job opportunities and limited opportunities for career progression are the biggest challenges they face in the current job market.

In view of the aforesaid challenges, Rotary International District 3450 has launched the Rotary Job Market for Rotaractors.
